This guy has made his whole career throwing people in jail for doing drugs. Without drugs being illegal he’s out of a job. Why would anyone care what his opinion is? I for one think NJ would be better off not paying tax leeches like him.

Where the hell did this old guy think he was? This is at a college where most of these kids probably believe you should have the right to smoke whatever you want as long as you aren’t hurting anybody else. This guy shouldn’t have even showed up.

All i care about is smoking i used to jack cigs from my dad to blow smoke clouds i thought it was the coolest shit in the world till i smoked weed and got a great feeling a fun cloud to blow and a different perspective on many things

Why would there be a bill that legalized marijuana, but only let you take it by smoking it? Would vaporizing or eating it be prosecutable under state law?

Is it not the FDA who authorized the use of GMO in our food, the use of bovine growth hormones in our milk, the use of fluoride in our water, the use of mercury in our vaccines, the use of pesticides who killed the honey bees, the use of aspartame in our soda?
If there is something the FDA is against, then I am all up for it !

also the fact that why people dont buy the pill is because everyone that need the medical treatment from pills are the ones that are scared of marijuana and need to know that marijuana is safe. the reason why the sales are so low is because why would you buy a pill and pay for it when you could grow it in your home for free. why pay money for medical treatment. also why should we have to follow these stupid ass laws if its ever living organisms nature to survive by any means necessary

well im just going to say that those fake marijuana pills will never be bought because their effects are different and that it wouldnt help people because its made up of chemicals not found in marijuana. addictive and harmful chemicals. see here their outlook on this is that people just want to smoke marijuana well thats true because if the pill is the same as marijuana what would be the difference. well the difference is that they make money from the pill and not the plant. more on another com.

This guy keeps coming back to smoking like it matters how you ingest a medicine they should be looking about the effects of the medicine however it is delivered. Cannabis has been proven safe and effective so why is he fighting it so hard I wonder? Probably b/c hes protecting his job, and is just closed minded.

FDA has approved so many drugs that have very serious side affects such as POSSIBLE DEATH but hey its ok to possibly be killed by a drug as long as it has been passed by the FDA. WTF kind of logic is that. Cannabis can not kill you. I dare anyone to try to over dose on it. Only way you will die by cannabis is if you set a bunch of it on fire and jump into the fire.

the studies done by the FDA are funded by the very drug companies that are submitting drugs for approval… this presents a conflict of interest that has recently come to light in the case of pain patches and Yaz birth control pills…. basically they pay to play… who on the side of medical marijuana has the funds to pay off the board of the FDA
