Mr. Romney doesn’t seem like the most informed individual… There is no such thing as “synthetic marijuana in a pill form”… There’s Marinol, pure THC, but it lacks the other cannabinoids that have been proven to have therapeutic effects… Hence why patients do not always find relief from Marinol, but they do with marijuana in the plant form.

Marinol has only been shown to have limited success as a medical substance.
The DEA would agree with you, but a fellow by the name of Irv Rosenfeld would have to disagree, as he is one of a handful of Federally supplied medical marijuana patients right now.
So not only does the government supply a select few with their marijuana, but some administrations flat out deny it’s potential uses.
Also Marinol only contains THC, which is not the only active substance in Marijuana.

A federalist would support the rights of states to do as they wish. Mitt Romney does not believe in federalism or the Constitution.

Romney = phony wanna-be conservative that doesn’t give a shit about states rights. Even President Obama has more respect for states rights on this issue than scumbag Romney.

Most people who support medical marijuana just want to get high.

We already have medical marijuana in the form of a pill, but that’s not good enough for them. Why? because you can’t get high off of it.

@zooxanthus The Constitution isn’t a ‘living document’… it’s written in english, and it’s pretty simple to understand. It’s not up for ‘interpretation’. That’s what’s wrong with this country. The government treats the Constitution like the Bible… like they can follow it as they see fit… and obviously people are falling for the same bullshit.

I do understand what states are going thru concidering iam a legal grower in colorado. I do know that the way i perceive the constitution is apperantly diffrent from some others in office.
