Federal pot case in Colorado highlights worry among growers of medical marijuana
DENVER – A suburban Denver pot grower facing federal drug charges despite Colorado’s medical marijuana laws appears to have vanished. Chris Bartkowicz (BART’-kuh-witz) was scheduled to change his plea from not guilty on Friday in federal court.
