What they are affraid of is Mom and Pop dispensaries (even though they are respecting the lawful criteria) retaining all the clientele before the Federal Government can regulate pricing and distribution for exclusive rights to sell Marijuana. They havent just taken over yet because that would be considered a monopoly, and monopolys are illegal, but i cant seem to see where else the Federal Government is going with this…

It doesnt matter how many americans want it. The only thing that matters is Rightful Liberty. The freedom to do what you want as long as you dont violate the freedom of others. Its so obvious pot shouldnt be a schedule 1 drug to begin with anyway. Anyone with a brain realizes illegalization does FAR more harm than the drug itself. You want to do your job right? @ktschmitt1 70% of the population is FOR medical Marijuana. 40% is for the legalization of Marijuana completely. Learn your shit before you spout it. There are many reasons why it’s not legalized, the public being against it is totally not one of them.
