Why can’t the Government just let people be free and happy? Why does a person’s happiness anger the Government so much?

Think about this way… Cali organizations are allowing 70 sites to service L.A. and that is of course causing outrage, BUT, if turmoil is already spilling and people are fighting over profits, sounds like a monopoly, we might not have to wait long for them to legalize it 100% since the gov. is already starting to regulate it.

people who are against legal weed are stupid

that is a fact, not just an opinion

take out weed distribution; see a rise in drug dealing and law breaking. Legalize weed and see a decrease in marijuana drug trafficking and distribution.

hows i ok for me to go get pain meds at as many pharmacy I want?? plus you can’t always get the right sativa or indica that works best for your symtoms. but alcohol, tobacco, pharm, starbucks ect….. that don’t want these for money reasons. people need to speek out and inform people about marijuana . oh and show me a positive example of alcohol ditribution? less laws for them. any how smoke up and stayed medicated!

I agree with tokin. Seems it would put the dealers back in business.

similar measures are being taken by colorado legislators to severely limit the dispensaries here. the fact that regulation is being passed is good because it legitimizes the industry, but just like in l.a., the proposed regulations are overly harsh and will end up hurting the system more than helping it. forcing weed out of the legal taxpaying dispensaries puts it back into the hands of street dealers.
