and there fore they shops would be legit and the “underground’ sources for the pot would be replaced by legal ones and would push out those hanging around trying to deal the x or whatever else there is. ….. the whole problem is that when you tell someone no they can’t do that they want to do it more to spite you… however if you educate people on the pros and cons and leave them alone to decide on thier own they then will most often decide whats right on their own. I heard from another news segment that the reason that the cops are coming down on the coffee shops in amsterdam is because the cops will not arrest you of fine you for 5 or less grams of pot however it is still illegal to sell pot. Therefore the coffee shops are tech. breaking the law when they are buying large quantities to resell to customers at 5 grams a pop. . . again the problem is that they are not fully legalizing pot if there were to there would be no illegal market supporting the shops

I caught him on a lie, the dea agent that is, around 6:25 he says he was walking around Amsterdam with the chief of police and a guy came up and offered him xtc, that stuff is illegal in Amsterdam so there’s no way a guy would offer it in front of a cop.

I wish everyone would just throw at least 5 seeds each into the ground during the right month all the time and just watch the shit take over the world, you can’t stop a seed!

The DEA still hasnt said what is bad about it. He keeps giving it a negative connotation but what is the basis of this? He fails to give a reason why it should be illegal. All he says is that it should be illegal. Nothing can be illegal without reason, so what is this reason? It seems to be just a conservative mindset, failing to grasp a full understanding of Marijuana. It doesnt make you lazy, friends of mine can do their art, their latin and greek, their math homework all high with no problems

Marijuana imported into our out of California will remain illegal, under Prop 19 the possession is permissable only with evidence it was cultivated, processed and distributed under it’s guidlines (which are established at the county level)
Only this cannabis is legal under Prop 19

This DEA guy is so out of touch! He needs to learn to research, get off his duff and do it. I hear from people in Netherlands that marijuana consumption among the Dutch dropped after weed was legalized there. Foreign tourists are said to be the ones buying most of the pot there. Anti-pot conservatives in Holland are behind crackdown in Amsterdam, so I’ve been told by Dutch friends and acquaintances.

Marijuana is a plant

Hemp is very useful

Politicians smoke pot and become politicians…(beats? any arguments)

Weed does not need to be catagorized with crack and meth

Regulation would lead to more control and? pot dealers would have to i.d

Stop tarnishing our youths reputation from pot related charges

Help create jobs and legalize an industry that exists underground

The DEA guy did OK he was friendly…! And believe he is telling what he believes.

But the times are changing and his thought are not one of all Americans share.

Nobody should tell another human what to do as long as what they do does not hurt anybody else.
