I am against this extradition but Emery’s antics leave a lot to be desired. He singlehandedly brought on the wrath of the DEA when he targeted John Walters in Canada. Emery thought he was invincible – he isn’t. His ego (and big mouth) got him neutered. His seed business is toast, his storefront in Vancouver has been shut down, his magazine is gonzo and his freedom is fried. He accomplished nothing by his antics other than to get his empire up in smoke.

I did. I was transferred to their communications dept. I called on behalf of V.O.C.A.L (Victims Of Compensation Abuse League). There are thousands of medical patients covered under Workers Compensation in Canada and many suffer from MTBI and chronic pain. We are being denied marijuana medicine even though it is the most appropriate for the chronic pain and depression. The insurance and pharmaceutical and medical industries are complicit in denying caims and thus not offering proper medication..

I called the number. I told them they are abusing Mr. Emery. I told them a lot of things including there are nine million people in Canada suffering some degree of chronic pain and that marijuana is a medicine for this, that many suffer head injuries and marijuana is a medcine for that also, that they are discriminating against medical patients and they should be sued. I told them lots more and can’t even remember all I said. The Canadian government has been corrupted beyond belief.

The Canadian government is breaking the law. This is a human rights issue and needs to be addressed. I am tired of being slandered by being called a drug addict, of having to pay for my own medication, of the illogical, unreasonable, and corrupt legislation prohibitting marijuana. I defy the government on this matter and because I do they have now taken my drivers licence. Nice thing to do to a cripple isn’t it? I will not pay a fine for possession. Torture is the name for what they do.

Marc Emery is Canadian hero. As a sufferer from chronic pain and a head injury, there is nothing better for me as a medicine than marijuana. The doctors know this and the police are upholding laws that discrimnate against medical patients. Instead of being able to take my medicine in peace I have been arrested twice and that affects my employment, social life, and mental health in a negative way. It is physical and mental torture. We should mount a court challenge against Canada.
