Set the seedlings near the window where they can get the most amount of sunlight possible. You will need to turn the tray at least once a day so that the tops will grow upright and not grow towards the sunlight.

It might work, and they will probably taste the same as radishes grown outside in the ground.

they may grow, but slowly. plant in direct sun most times of the year as they are a root veggie.

Probably take less attention if you put them outside. Most garden vegetables require at least 8 hours of direct sunlight to grow properly. Might have limited success since they have a short growing season.

The radishes will germinate and they will grow but they will not get fat roots (i.e radishes). I have seen people do this many times and it always ends in failure.

Radishes need strong light (among other things) to do well and ambient light in a room is not nearly enough. Neither is the sunlight from a window this time of year.
