dude just put the lamp on top of the plant, this is not being vertical, you only got 1 layer of plants. those pl;ants need light from top not from side! unless you got a real vertical grow which i know it doesn’t look like this at all!
I would tighten up all the ducting, it stresses the fan to pull through all the bends and curves and reduces suction
